  • I utilize a charting platform that includes a HIPPA compliant Telehealth option. You will receive a link in the appointment reminder to join our Telehealth session.

    Online therapy is much more accessible for some and works very similarly. There are pros and cons to online therapy, and I am happy to discuss those with you.

  • Yes! I see clients in person at my office in Clintonville/Beechwold.

  • My self-pay rate is $140 per session. I am also in network for the following insurances:

    • UHC/Optum

    • Anthem/BCBS

    • Medical Mutual

    • Aetna

  • Typically during a first appointment, I ask lots of questions to get to know you, understand your history, and hear about your goals. I am also happy to answer any questions you have about therapy or specific therapy modalities.

  • Therapy is not one size fits all! Based on your needs and goals, I can give you more specific recommendations regarding length of therapy.
