As a therapist, I serve individuals who feel held back by past experiences or stuck in unhelpful patterns in their relationships, work lives, or within themselves. I work collaboratively with clients to move towards a true sense of healing, wholeness, and confidence. I offer a supportive environment, an opportunity to explore the impact of past experiences and current stressors, and practical solutions to address past and present concerns.

I offer both in person and online appointment options. We will find a time that works, and then I will set you up in my client portal. You’ll receive an email to login and complete paperwork.
At the first appointment, I will gather information about your current concerns and relevant history. We will begin making a plan from there, based on your goals.
